The Platform

Every tool you need to run a professional cessation practice.

QPM replaces the patchwork of consumer tools most TTS use today — personal phones, generic video calls, paper notes — with a single integrated platform built specifically for tobacco cessation care delivery.

📅

Patient Scheduling

Integrated appointment scheduling with automated reminders via text and email. Patients can self-book, reschedule, or cancel without calling you. Reminders reduce no-shows and keep your session cadence on track for maximum CPT billing.

💬

Patient Engagement — Email, Text & Voice

Reach patients between sessions through HIPAA-compliant email, SMS, and personalised automated voice calls. QPM's engagement sequences are designed for tobacco cessation — milestone messages, quit date reminders, relapse support prompts — all automated.

Zoom Telehealth

AI Transcription & Session Notes

Every Zoom session is automatically transcribed by AI. QPM generates a structured session note from the transcription — duration, topics covered, patient responses, cessation status, medication discussed — in a format ready for clinical documentation and CPT billing.

📋

Billing Documentation

QPM produces documentation automatically. Session duration, content summary, and patient identifier are captured and formatted for your billing workflow — eliminating the manual note-writing that slows most TTS down after every session.

Live
📊

Reporting & Outcomes Dashboard

Track your caseload, cessation rates, session completion, and patient engagement in one dashboard. Reports can be shared with referring physicians, health systems, or funders — demonstrating your programme outcomes and supporting contract renewals.

Secure Patient List Upload

Already working with tobacco patients? Upload your existing patient list directly into QPM via a secure, HIPAA-compliant import. Your patients are activated in the platform immediately — contact details intact. No disruption to active care relationships.

EHR Integration — Epic, AthenaOne & More

For TTS working within or alongside health systems, QPM integrates natively with major EHR platforms including Epic and AthenaOne. Patient tobacco status flows in automatically. Session outcomes are written back to the patient chart. No duplicate data entry — and a seamless fit into the clinical workflows of any institution you partner with.

HIPAA Compliance & Market Access

Compliance infrastructure for institutional contracts.

Many independent TTS lose institutional opportunities not because of their clinical skills, but because they cannot demonstrate secure, healthcare-ready workflows. QPM gives specialists a professional platform for patient communication, telehealth, documentation, and reporting.

What HIPAA compliance means for your practice

When you operate on QPM, patient communications, telehealth sessions, session notes, and scheduling data are handled inside a HIPAA-compliant platform environment.

This matters when approaching hospitals, physician groups, cancer programs, and ASCs. Their legal and compliance teams will ask how protected health information is safeguarded. QPM gives you a clear answer.

  • Encrypted patient data PHI is protected in transit and at rest.
  • HIPAA-compliant telehealth Sessions are conducted through compliant video infrastructure.
  • Secure patient communications Text, email, and outreach are handled through QPM rather than personal devices.
  • SOC 2 certified controls Security practices are supported by independent third-party review.
  • Institution-ready documentation Security and workflow documentation help covered entities review the engagement professionally.

Institution-ready security posture

QPM supports secure patient communications, telehealth sessions, session documentation, and reporting workflows that covered entities can review as part of their compliance process.

The platform helps TTS professionals work with hospitals, physician groups, cancer programs, and ASCs without relying on personal devices, consumer tools, or manual documentation workarounds.
