Remote Patient Support
TelASK is a hosted platform that can be customized to suit the requirements of any target patient population. Patient data is entered manually on a secure web interface by authorized personnel or electronically from a database.
The system can be programmed to call patients at predetermined times of the day on specific intervals as far into the future as required. Patients are addressed by name and respond using natural speech. Patient reresponses are not limited to "yes and no". TelASK is capable of capturing numbers; responses to range type questions (e.g. "on a scale of 1 to 5"...); and even multiple-word responses to "open ended" questions involving symptoms and side effects. The TelASK IVR Triage Tool has been adapted to provide specialized solutions for cardiac care and tobacco cessation program management.
